血清微量元素与前列腺癌病理分级和临床分期的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨前列腺癌(PCa)患者血清中微量元素的水平及其与PCa的病理分级及临床分期的相关性。方法回顾性分析PCa、良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者以及健康对照组中血清微量元素(Fe、Cu、Cd、Zn、Se、Mn)的水平,分析微量元素与PCa的病理分级、临床分期的相关性。结果 PCa患者血清中Fe、Cu、Cd的含量高于BPH组以及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而PCa组患者血清中Zn、Se水平与BPH组及对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);3组患者血清中Mn的水平无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,PCa组患者血清中Fe水平随着PCa病理分级和临床分期越高,其血清含量越高,与PCa的病理分级(r=0.928,P=0.000)及临床分期(r=0.945,P=0.000)呈正相关;血清Zn水平随着PCa病理分级和临床分期越高,含量越低,与PCa的病理分级(r=-0.865,P=0.000)及临床分期(r=-0.936,P=0.000)呈负相关。结论血清微量元素Fe、Cu、Cd的升高以及Zn、Se的降低可能与PCa的发生相关,其中血清Fe、Zn的含量水平与PCa的分级、分期具有相关性,对诊断和鉴别PCa具有一定的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the level of trace elements in serum of patients with prostate cancer (PCA) and its correlation with pathological grade and clinical stage of PCa. Methods the levels of serum trace elements (FeCuCuCU) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and healthy controls were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between trace elements and pathological grades and clinical stages of PCa was analyzed. Results the serum levels of PCa patients were higher than those of BPH group and control group (P 0.05), but the serum level of PCa group was significantly lower than that of BPH group and control group. There was no significant difference in serum mn level between the three groups (P 0.05) and the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that the higher the PCa pathological grade and the clinical stage, the higher the serum Fe level in the PCA group, which was positively correlated with the pathological grade of PCa and the clinical stage (r ~ (0.945) P ~ (0.000), and the serum Fe level was positively correlated with the pathological grade (r ~ (0.928) P ~ (0.000) and the clinical stage (r ~ (0.945) P ~ (0.000). The higher the pathological grade and clinical stage of PCa, the lower the level of serum Zn, which was negatively correlated with the pathological grade of PCa and the clinical stage. Conclusion the increase of serum trace element Feancun CD and the decrease of ZnSe may be related to the occurrence of PCa, and the level of serum Fetir Zn is correlated with the grading and staging of PCa, which has a certain significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PCa.
