带蒂皮瓣尿道外口成形术治疗前列腺电切后尿道外口狭窄

【摘要】：正尿道外口狭窄为经尿道前列腺电切术后常见并发症,多为机械性损伤引起~([1])。治疗常采用尿道扩张或尿道外口切开,但高龄患者反复至门诊行尿道扩张不便,而单纯外口切开术后造成的尿线改变影响日常护理。我院2011年4月至2015年10月,以带蒂皮瓣尿道外口成形术治疗前列腺电切术后尿道外口狭窄16例,术后患者排尿通畅,并发症少,报道
[Abstract]:The stricture of the external orifice of the anterior urethra is a common complication after transurethral resection of the prostate, most of which is caused by mechanical injury. Urethral dilatation or urethrotomy is often used in the treatment, but it is inconvenient for elderly patients to do urethra dilatation repeatedly to the outpatient department. The changes of urinary line caused by simple external orifice incision affect daily nursing care. From April 2011 to October 2015, 16 cases of external orifice stricture of urethra after electroprostatectomy were treated with pedicle skin flap external orifice plasty. The postoperative patients had unobstructed urination and few complications.
