【摘要】：正患者女性,42岁,因乏力、胸闷、气短1个月加重,伴低热1周于2013年3月入院。患者于入院前1个月无明显诱因出现乏力、胸闷、气短,未引起重视。近一周上述症状加重,伴低热,体温37.8~38.4℃,无盗汗,偶有咳嗽、咳痰。既往史:否认"肺结核"病史,无特殊职业史。入院查体:体温38.2℃、心率85次、呼吸频次22次、血压120/80 mm Hg。颈部及锁骨上窝可触及数个肿大淋巴结,直径1~1.5 cm,活
