类风湿关节炎患者血浆TF、TFPI水平的测定及意义

【摘要】：目的:本研究通过测定类风湿关节炎患者及健康对照组血浆组织因子、组织因子途径抑制物的水平,进一步研究探讨RA凝血机制变化,为RA患者的易栓倾向引起器官损害的预防提供新思路。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定42例RA患者、33例健康对照者血浆TF、TFPI的水平。结果:(1)RA患者血浆TF、TFPI水平均明显高于对照组(P0.01);(2)RA组患者血浆TF水平与DAS28呈正相关(P0.05),TFPI水平与抗凝血酶Ⅲ呈正相关(P0.05)。结论:(1)血浆TF、TFPI可能参与了易栓性疾病RA患者凝血及抗凝机制的变化过程;(2)随着RA疾病活动度的增高,凝血活性增强;(3)易栓性疾病RA患者抗凝物质TFPI代偿性升高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of coagulation mechanism of RA by measuring the levels of tissue factor and tissue factor pathway inhibitor in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and healthy control group. Methods: plasma TF was determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) in 42 RA patients and 33 healthy controls. Results the level of TFPI in plasma of RA patients was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.01). There was a positive correlation between plasma TF level and DAS28 level in RA group.
