参芪降糖颗粒辅助治疗2型糖尿病性膝关节炎的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒辅助治疗2型糖尿病性膝关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法:62例2型糖尿病性膝关节炎患者随机分为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例)。对照组患者均给予降糖、针对关节炎的基础治疗,包括饮食控制、运动疗法及健康教育,同时口服盐酸二甲双胍片0.25g,每日3次,餐中服用+阿卡波糖片50mg,每日3次,餐中嚼服;关节炎疼痛患者服用阿司匹林肠溶片100mg,每日1次,饭后口服(不可嚼碎或掰开服用)。观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予参芪降糖颗粒3g,每日3次,餐前半小时用50ml温水冲服。两组疗程均为6个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA_1c、IL-1β、IL-6水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、IL-1β、IL-6水平均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,参芪降糖颗粒辅助治疗2型糖尿病性膝关节炎的疗效显著,可降低血糖及炎症因子水平,且不良反应症状轻微。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment of type 2 diabetic knee arthritis. Methods: 62 cases of type 2 diabetic knee arthritis were randomly divided into control group (n = 31) and observation group (n = 31). 31 patients in the control group were treated with hypoglycemia. Basic treatment for arthritis, including diet control, exercise therapy and health education, at the same time oral metformin hydrochloride tablets 0.25g, 3 times a day, eat 50 mg of acarbose tablets, 3 times a day. A chewy dress in a meal; Patients with arthritis pain took aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg once a day, oral after meals (not chewed or broken up to take). The patients in the observation group were given Shenqi Jiangtang granule 3 g on the basis of treatment in the control group. Three times a day, half an hour before meal with 50ml warm water. The course of treatment in both groups was 6 months. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, the fasting blood glucose before and after treatment, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and 2 hPGs were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before treatment, the levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group. And the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment. Shenqi Jiangtang granule was effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic knee arthritis. It could reduce the level of blood sugar and inflammatory factors, and the adverse reaction was mild.
