痛风性膝关节炎误诊为胫骨平台骨折1例

【摘要】：正痛风性关节炎是由于高嘌呤代谢异常,痛风结晶在关节内沉积,导致炎性关节疾病。近年来,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,并且年轻患者所占比重增加~([1])。主要以关节肿胀、疼痛为主要表现,可出现局部皮温增高或发红。对于以膝关节为首发,不伴高尿酸血症,症状非典型的痛风性关节炎不容忽视,该类痛风性关节炎往往诊断困难,容易被误诊~([2-3])。本例病患为误诊病例。1临床资料
[Abstract]:Positive gouty arthritis is caused by abnormal metabolism of hyperpurine and accumulation of gout crystals in joints, resulting in inflammatory joint diseases. In recent years, the incidence of gouty arthritis has been increasing year by year, and the proportion of young patients has increased. [1.
