多发性硬化疲劳症状的研究进展

【摘要】：多发性硬化(Multiple sclerosis,MS)是神经内科常见的脱髓鞘性疾病,其反复发作的形式、多种多样的临床症状给患者带来了严重的痛苦和负担。其中疲劳症状是一种常见的且严重的致残性症状,发病率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,但是因其具有主观性及复杂性,未受到足够重视。本文就目前国内外对多发性硬化疲劳症状的发病机制、评估方法以及治疗做一综述,以提高临床医生的重视程度以及为其治疗提供依据。
[Abstract]:Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a common demyelinating disease in neurology. A variety of clinical symptoms have brought serious pain and burden to patients, among which fatigue is a common and serious disabling symptoms, the incidence of high incidence, serious impact on the quality of life of patients. However, due to its subjectivity and complexity, not enough attention has been paid. This article reviews the pathogenesis, evaluation methods and treatment of multiple sclerosis fatigue symptoms at home and abroad. In order to improve the attention of clinicians and provide the basis for their treatment.
