血小板反应蛋白1在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用

【摘要】:血小板反应蛋白1(thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)是一种重要的细胞外基质糖蛋白,也是公认有效的内源性血管生成抑制因子,能影响及调控内皮细胞的黏附、运动、增殖,且与肿瘤及多种新生血管性疾病的发生发展密切相关。近年来,研究发现TSP-1与糖尿病视网膜病变的许多病理改变相关且对于视网膜血管平衡的维持至关重要。本文就TSP-1的作用机制及其在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用进行综述。
[Abstract]:Thrombospondin-1) is an important extracellular matrix glycoprotein. It is also recognized as an effective endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor, which can affect and regulate the adhesion, movement and proliferation of endothelial cells. And it is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor and many kinds of neovascularization diseases. It has been found that TSP-1 is related to many pathological changes of diabetic retinopathy and is very important for the maintenance of retinal vascular balance. This article reviews the mechanism of TSP-1 and its role in diabetic retinopathy.
