【摘要】：正1病历资料患者男,19岁。因发作性左胸部疼痛7个月,持续性疼痛2天入院。患者7个月前因跑步诱发左胸部疼痛,伴胸闷、气促、心慌,休息后缓解,无发热、头晕及跛行。心电图检查除AVR、Ⅰ、AVL导联外,余导联均显示ST-T改变。拟诊断为"冠状动脉炎,心绞痛发作"。经抗感染和抗心绞痛等治疗后缓解。此后,病情反复发作,呈进展性加重。入院前2天再次出现左胸部疼痛,疼痛呈持续性,并向左
