【摘要】：正尽管头孢类抗菌药物安全性较高,但时常也有粒细胞降低的情况发生。现将本院收治的1例头孢噻肟钠致粒细胞缺乏伴高热患者报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,68岁,因"血糖升高15年,四肢肢端麻木2年"于2014年4月15日入住本院。既往有高血压病史15年,长期口服"施慧达2.5mg、安利博150mg"控制血压,自诉血压控制尚可。否认食物、药物过敏史。入院查体:体温36.6℃,血
