鼠神经生长因子修复老年电烧伤患者神经损伤的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子修复老年电烧伤患者神经损伤的临床疗效。方法:78例老年电烧伤患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组(40例)和对照组(38例)。两组患者均给予抗感染、改善微循环等常规治疗,在此基础上对照组患者肌内注射维生素B12,每次500μg,qd;试验组患者肌内注射鼠神经生长因子,每次18μg,qd,两组均4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能评分、神经传导速度的差异;观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的针刺觉评分、轻触觉评分、运动评分、感觉神经传导速度与运动神经传导速度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的针刺觉、轻触觉与运动评分均较治疗前及对照组显著提高,感觉神经传导速度与运动神经传导速度均较治疗前及对照组显著加快,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组患者的总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组(63.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:肌内注射鼠神经生长因子修复老年电烧伤患者的神经损伤,不仅能够提高其神经功能评分,加快其神经传导速度,还能够提高整体临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of nerve growth factor (NGF) in repairing nerve injury in elderly patients with electrical burn. Methods: 78 cases of senile electric burn patients were divided into two groups according to random number table: the experimental group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 38). On the basis of improving microcirculation and other routine treatments, the patients in the control group received intramuscular injection of vitamin B12 at 500 渭 g / kg QD, and the patients in the test group received intramuscular injection of nerve growth factor (NGF) at a dose of 18 渭 g QD for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. To compare the difference of nerve function score and nerve conduction velocity between the two groups before and after treatment, to observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results: before the treatment, the acupuncture sensation score of the two groups was compared. The scores of light tactile sensation, motor score, sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity had no significant difference (P 0.05). After treatment, the acupuncture sensation, light tactile sensation and motor score of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group. Sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity were significantly faster than those before treatment and control group. The total effective rate of the patients in the test group was 92.5, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (63.2%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion: nerve growth factor in intramuscular injection rats. To repair nerve damage in elderly patients with electrical burns, It can not only improve the neurological function score, accelerate the nerve conduction velocity, but also improve the overall clinical efficacy.
