六味痛风饮治疗痛风性关节炎的临床研究

【摘要】:目的:观察六味痛风饮对痛风性关节炎间歇期患者的临床疗效及相关的不良反应的影响,为其在临床上广泛应用提供依据。进一步论证肝经浊毒与痛风密不可分。方法:将60例符合诊断和纳入标准的痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予六味痛风饮治疗,温水冲服,15克/次,早晚各一次;对照组给予苯溴马隆片治疗,50毫克/次,1次/天,早餐后口服。两组均连续治疗,疗程4周,检测治疗前后两组患者的血清尿酸,血脂(甘油三酯、总胆固醇),肾功能(尿素氮、血肌酐),谷丙转氨酶,血糖以及血常规等。结果:两组均能降低血清尿酸,治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为93.33%。治疗组患者尿酸下降程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组各实验指标(TC、TG、Glu)较治疗前均有所下降(P0.05),而对照组在治疗前后无统计学意义;两组对患者血常规、ALT、肾功(SCr、BUN)均没有影响,治疗组降低血肌酐作用更强。结论:1.六味痛风饮与苯溴马隆均可以有效降低痛风患者的血清尿酸,但苯溴马隆优于六味痛风饮。2.六味痛风饮在有效降低痛风患者血尿酸水平的同时,还可以降低血脂水平,有益于改善患者肝脏功能,对痛风患者伴有如糖尿病、高血压等代谢性疾病以及心脑血管病的患者的临床应用更有益。苯溴马隆没有对血脂、肝功的有利影响。3.六味痛风饮降低血清尿酸的机制可能是增加尿酸从肠道的排泄量,这样在降低血清尿酸的同时不增加肾脏排泄尿酸的负担。4.六味痛风饮不良反应相对较少,安全性高,且经济简便,适合长期应用,值得进行临床推广。5.肝经浊毒是导致痛风发病的病理因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of six kinds of Tongfengyin clinical efficacy in patients with gouty arthritis episodes and related adverse reactions, is widely used in clinic.
