郑州市社区老年人超重和肥胖与虚弱的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨社区老年人超重和肥胖与虚弱的关系,为超重和肥胖老年人预防虚弱进程提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,将郑州市南关社区和航海社区老年人作为研究对象,对1 410名老年人的问卷调查及身体评估结果进行分析。结果郑州市社区老年人总体超重肥胖率较高,女性超重率和肥胖率均高于男性。Logistic回归分析结果显示在控制年龄、婚姻状况等因素的情况下,超重和肥胖是虚弱的危险因素(均有P0.05)。结论郑州市老年人超重率和肥胖率较高,超重和肥胖是虚弱的危险因素,应尽早采取措施控制老年人体重,延缓虚弱进程。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between overweight and obesity and weakness among the elderly in the community, and to provide the basis for the prevention of weakness in the overweight and obese elderly. Methods the elderly in Nanguan community and navigation community of Zhengzhou were chosen as the research objects by using convenience sampling method. Results the prevalence of overweight and obesity among the elderly in Zhengzhou community was higher than that of male. Logistic regression analysis showed that the rate of overweight and obesity was higher than that of male. Under the condition of marital status, overweight and obesity are the risk factors of weakness (P 0.05). Conclusion the overweight and obesity rates of the elderly in Zhengzhou are higher, and overweight and obesity are the risk factors of weakness. Measures should be taken to control the body weight of the elderly as soon as possible. Delay the debilitating process.
