中药联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对艾滋病免疫重建不全患者IL-2及IL-10mRNA水平的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察中药免疫2号颗粒联合HAART疗法对44例艾滋病免疫重建不全患者IL-2及IL-10 mRNA水平的影响,初步探索该疗法对机体免疫调节的作用机制。方法:随机双盲安慰剂对照研究,治疗组23例采用HAART+免疫2号颗粒,对照组21例采用HAART+免疫2号颗粒模拟剂,观察时间1年。观察指标包括CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数、IL-2mRNA、IL-10mRNA。结果:试验组CD4+T淋巴细胞计数上升显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义;试验组IL-2上升,ΔCt增加值试验组上升幅度明显优于对照组,2组疗后-疗前差值比较有统计学意义;试验组和对照组IL-10ΔCt值均上升,2组疗后-疗前差值比较无统计学意义。结论:中药免疫2号颗粒联合HAART治疗可较对照组明显上调艾滋病免疫重建不全患者IL-2的表达,还需扩大样本量进一步验证。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of immunotherapy combined with HAART on the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 mRNA in 44 patients with AIDS immunoreconstitution, and to explore the mechanism of this therapy on immune regulation.Methods: a randomized double-blind placebo control study was conducted. 23 patients in the treatment group were treated with HAART immunized granule 2 and 21 patients in the control group were treated with HAART immunized granule 2. The observation time was 1 year.The observed parameters included CD4 ~ T lymphocyte count and IL-2 mRNA-IL-10 mRNA.Results: the CD4 T lymphocyte count in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The increase of IL-2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: compared with the control group, the expression of IL-2 can be upregulated obviously in the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine immune granule No. 2 combined with HAART, which needs to be further verified by expanding the sample size.
