益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤对老年类风湿关节炎患者血清CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤对老年类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的临床疗效及其对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-1及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的影响。方法 68例老年RA患者随机分成研究组和对照组各34例,对照组给予口服甲氨蝶呤15 mg治疗,1次/w;研究组在对照组的基础上给予皮下注射益赛普25 mg,2次/w。比较两组治疗前后临床症状的改善情况以及不良反应发生情况,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)于治疗前后分别检测患者血清中CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平。结果研究组治疗后的关节触痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵持续时间以及视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)显著低于对照组(P0.05),血清CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(均P0.05)。结论益赛普联合甲氨蝶呤可有效改善老年RA患者的临床症状,降低患者血清CRP、IL-1及TNF-α水平,不良反应发生率较低,值得用于临床。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Isop combined with methotrexate (MTX) on the serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-1 (IL-1-) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF- 伪) in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with RA were randomly divided into study group (n = 34) and control group (n = 34). The improvement of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The serum levels of CRPP-IL-1 and TNF- 伪 were detected by Elisa before and after treatment. Results the number of joint tenderness, joint swelling, duration of morning stiffness and visual analogue pain score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of serum CRPN IL-1 and TNF- 伪 were significantly lower than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion Isoproprin combined with methotrexate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the serum levels of CRPnIL-1 and TNF- 伪 in elderly patients with RA, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is worthy of clinical use.
