杭州地区职业人群血脂异常流行特点调查及危险因素分析

【摘要】:方法采用调查问卷方法调查我院职业体检人群35559例,测定人群的身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血糖、血脂,掌握杭州地区职业人群血脂异常的相关危险因素。目的通过分析我院2014年1-12月职业人群健康体检结果,了解杭州地区职业人群血脂水平和血脂异常患病率现状,以及分析血脂异常的相关危险因素。结果杭州地区职业人群健康体检,混合型高脂血症患病率53.0%,男性52.4%,女性53.8%,高胆固醇血症患病率:男性35.7%,女性34.4%;高甘油三酯血症患病率:男性24.4%,女性26.5%;低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症患病率:男性14.2%,女性17.0%。混合型高脂血症患病率、高甘油三酯血症患病率、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症患病率女性高于男性,高胆固醇血症患病率男性高于女性。总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平随着年龄的增加而增高,其中TC、LDL-C水平于51-55岁组达到最高峰,后呈下降趋势;而HDL-C水平则随着年龄的增加而呈下降趋势。根据职业人群分析,引起血脂水平升高的职业依次为自由职业者、公务员、其他人员(主要包括街道、村、社会组织等)、医务人员等。经Logistic回归分析显示,血脂异常患病率与年龄、职业、体重指数、血压、血糖呈正相关(P0.05),与性别呈负相关(P0.05)。结论杭州地区职业人群健康体检的血脂异常患病率较高,调查人群的血脂异常危险因素为年龄、职业、高BMI、高血压、高血糖,而男性为保护因素。
[Abstract]:Methods 35559 cases of occupational physical examination in our hospital were investigated by questionnaire. Height, body weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, and the relative risk factors of dyslipidemia in occupational population in Hangzhou were determined. Objective to analyze the health examination results of occupational population in Hangzhou from January to December 2014 to understand the status of blood lipids and the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia and to analyze the risk factors of dyslipidemia. Results the health examination of the occupational population in Hangzhou, The prevalence rate of mixed hyperlipidemia was 53.0, male 52.4, female 53.8. the prevalence rate of hypercholesterolemia was 35.7in males and 34.4g in females; the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia was 24.4in males and 26.5in females; the prevalence of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was 14.2cm in males and 17.0g in females. The prevalence of mixed hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, low density lipoprotein cholesterol in women was higher than that in males, and the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in males was higher than that in females. The LDL-C level of TC, TG, LDL-C increased with the increase of age. The LDL-C level reached its peak in 51-55 age group and then decreased, while the HDL-C level decreased with age. According to the analysis of occupational population, the occupations that caused the increase of blood lipid level were the freelance, civil servants and other personnel (mainly including street, village, social organization and so on), medical staff and so on. Logistic regression analysis showed that the prevalence of dyslipidemia was positively correlated with age, occupation, body mass index, blood pressure and blood glucose, but negatively correlated with gender. Conclusion the prevalence of dyslipidemia was higher in the occupational population in Hangzhou. The risk factors of dyslipidemia were age, occupation, high BMI, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and male was the protective factor.
