糖尿病患者食用无糖食品现状及对策研究

【摘要】:目的:调查糖尿病患者食用无糖食品的现状,分析存在的问题并提出对策。方法:通过调查问卷方法,选择郑州市社会药房消费者及河南省的省、市、县三级部分医疗机构患者为调查对象。结果:国内糖尿病患者无糖食品食用率高达37.9%,糖尿病患者对无糖食品的认知程度与其患病类型、时间、年龄、职业、文化程度和居住地相关;在选用无糖食品方面注重"无糖食品"字样,存在盲目性;患者通过网络媒体了解无糖食品知识占51.80%、购买无糖食品占58.10%。结论:国内糖尿病患者普遍食用无糖食品;糖尿病患者对无糖食品不了解,购买时轻信广告和媒体宣传,购买渠道不规范,极少得到专业医生指导,食用时存在盲目性、随意性。建议:加强糖尿病科普宣传工作,提升公众科学素养;生产企业标注无糖食品含糖量,提醒患者慎重选择;政府加强行业监管,建立诚信体系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of sugar-free food consumption in diabetic patients, analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures. Methods: by means of questionnaire, the consumers of Zhengzhou Social Pharmacy and some patients in three medical institutions of Henan province, city and county were selected as the objects of investigation. Results: the consumption rate of sugar-free food was as high as 37.9 in China. The cognitive level of sugar-free food was related to the type, time, age, occupation, education and residence of diabetic patients. In the selection of sugar-free food, the words "sugar-free food" exist blindness; patients through the network media to understand sugar-free food knowledge accounts for 51.80, purchase sugar-free food accounted for 58.1010. Conclusion: diabetes patients generally eat sugar-free food in China, diabetes patients do not know about sugar-free food, buy it with credulous advertising and media propaganda, purchase channels are not standardized, rarely get professional doctor's guidance, and have blindness in eating. Arbitrariness. Suggestions: to strengthen the publicity of diabetes science popularization, to enhance public scientific literacy; to label sugar content in sugar-free foods in production enterprises, to remind patients to choose carefully; to strengthen industry supervision and establish integrity system by the government.
