西宁地区甲状腺功能亢进患者性激素水平变化初步分析

【摘要】:目的:目前国内外学者均有报道甲状腺功能亢进症(Hyperthyroidism,简称甲亢)患者性激素水平会增高,但是结果不尽一致。本文将初步探讨西宁地区甲状腺功能亢进患者性激素各项指标的变化及其临床意义。方法:对入选的240例甲亢患者及正常健康人用放射免疫分析法检测性激素各项指标水平,并将甲亢组与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果:1、各甲亢组与对照组在年龄、性别、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、LDL、HDL等方面无显著性差异(P0.05);2、男性甲亢组血清中睾酮(T)(29.55±13.94ng/ml)、雌二醇(E2)(38.52±17.50pg/ml)含量较对照组T(22.57±9.02ng/ml)、E2(15.73±5.19 pg/ml)明显增高,甲亢组与正常对照组比较有统计学意义(P0.05);而促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)测定结果与对照组比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。女性甲亢组促卵泡生成素(FSH)(18.36±9.03m IU/ml)较对照组FSH(10.49±5.37m IU/ml)明显升高,促黄体生成素(LH)(21.10±9.93m IU/ml)较对照组LH(12.18±6.22m IU/ml)明显升高,催乳素(PRL)(420.70±164.36u IU/ml)较对照组PRL(285.16±104.43u IU/ml)明显升高,睾酮(T)(1.94±1.17ng/ml)较对照组T(0.56±0.26ng/ml)明显升高,雌二醇(E2)(172.56±106.38pg/ml)较对照组E2(110.19±43.63pg/ml)明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);3、汉族、回族、藏族甲状腺功能亢进患者性激素指标无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:1、在西宁地区男性甲状腺功能亢进患者睾酮(T)及雌二醇(E2)水平较该地区健康人明显升高。2、在西宁地区女性甲状腺功能亢进患者促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)均较健康人明显升高。3、甲状腺激素与性激素关系密切,监测甲状腺功能亢进患者各项性激素水平变化是监测甲状腺功能亢进症患者病情变化的重要指标之一。4、此次研究中西宁地区甲亢患者性激素指标在民族之间无差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: at present, domestic and foreign scholars have reported that the sex hormone level of hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) patients will increase, but the results are not consistent. The changes and clinical significance of sex hormones in patients with hyperthyroidism in Xining area were discussed. Methods: the levels of sex hormones in 240 patients with hyperthyroidism and normal controls were detected by radioimmunoassay, and the results were compared between the hyperthyroidism group and the normal control group. Results there was no significant difference in age, sex and sex between the hyperthyroidism group and the control group in terms of age, sex, etc. The serum levels of testosterone and estradiol were 29.55 卤13.94 ng / ml, 38.52 卤17.50 PG / ml and 22.57 卤9.02 卤9.02 ng / ml / ml respectively in male hyperthyroidism group, and the levels of testosterone and estradiol in the serum of male hyperthyroidism group were 29.55 卤13.94 ng / ml and 38.52 卤17.50 ng / ml, respectively, and were significantly higher than those in the control group (22. 57 卤9. 02 ng / ml vs 22. 57 卤9. 02 ng / ml E215.73 卤5. 19 pgmlP). There was no significant difference between hyperthyroidism group and control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LHN), prolactin (PRL) between hyperthyroidism group and control group (P 0.05). In the female hyperthyroidism group, the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) was 18.36 卤9.03m / ml higher than that in the control group (FSH(10.49 卤5.37m IUP / ml), the luteinizing hormone (LHH) was 21.10 卤9.93m / ml higher than that in the control group (LH(12.18 卤6.22m / ml). Prolactin (PRL) 420.70 卤164.36u / ml was significantly higher than that in the control group (PRL(285.16 卤104.43u / ml), and the testosterone tit was 1.94 卤1.17ng / ml (T = 0.56 卤0.26ngg. / ml) higher than that in the control group (P / ml = 0.56 卤0.26ngg. / ml). Estradiol (E _ 2H _ 2) 172.56 卤106.38 PG / ml was significantly higher than that of the control group (E _ 2N 110.19 卤43.63 PG / ml). There was no significant difference in sex hormone indexes between Han, Hui and Tibetan patients with hyperthyroidism (P 0.05). Conclusion the levels of testosterone and estradiol E _ 2 in male hyperthyroidism patients in Xining area are significantly higher than those in healthy people in Xining area. In Xining area, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (luteinizing hormone) in female patients with hyperthyroidism are significantly higher than those in healthy people in Xining area. LHH, T, E _ 2, PRL) were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects. Thyroid hormones were closely related to sex hormones. Monitoring the changes of sex hormone levels in patients with hyperthyroidism is one of the important indexes to monitor the changes of patients with hyperthyroidism. In this study, there is no difference in sex hormone levels among nationalities in patients with hyperthyroidism in Xining area.
