药膳方暖巢煲联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵功能障碍性不孕肾虚证的效果

【摘要】：目的探讨药膳方暖巢煲联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵功能障碍性不孕肾虚证的优势,为临床治疗提供依据。方法随机选取2014年1月至2015年6月入海南医学院附属医院的患者中由于PCOS排卵功能障碍导致不孕肾虚证的患者78例,依据随机表对照法随机分组,对照组39例,只口服来曲唑;实验组39例,口服暖巢煲联合来曲唑,连续治疗4个月经周期,对两组治疗前后的月经情况、排卵率、妊娠率、安全性指标情况以及产生的不良反应进行观察记录。结果对照组有效率74.36%,实验组有效率87.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组排卵率为47.71%,低于实验组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组的妊娠率为12.82%,而实验组为33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组都能使患者的月经不正常情况得到改善,而实验组要优于对照组。结论暖巢煲联合来曲唑治疗PCOS排卵功能障碍性不孕肾虚证的效果显著,副作用小。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the advantages of warming nest pot combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility syndrome in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods from January 2014 to June 2015, 78 patients who were admitted to the affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: 39 patients in the control group were treated with letrozole only by oral administration of letrozole. 39 patients in the experimental group were treated with warm nest cooker combined with letrozole for 4 consecutive menstrual cycles. The menstruation, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, safety index and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results the effective rate was 74.36 in the control group and 87.18 in the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The ovulation rate in the control group was 47.71, which was lower than that in the experimental group (P 0.05). The pregnancy rate of the control group was 12.82, while that of the experimental group was 33.33. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Both groups were able to improve abnormal menstruation, while the experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion the effect of warm nest-pot combined with letrozole in the treatment of PCOS ovulation dysfunction infertility is significant and the side effect is small.
