2型糖尿病患者患病情况与执行功能的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制情况、血管病变、神经病变等与执行功能(EF)的相关性。方法选取T2DM患者280例,采用EF缺陷综合征的行为学评价测验(BADS)对患者进行EF指标的测量。结果糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)控制情况与规则转换、动作计划、找钥匙、动物园路线、总分相关(P0.05);并发症与动物园路线、修订六元素、总分相关(P0.05);大血管病变与规则转换、动作计划、动物园路线、总分相关;微血管病变与动物园路线、总分相关;神经病变与规则转换、动物园路线、修订六元素、总分相关(均P0.05)。结论 Hb A1c控制情况及并发症情况均影响T2DM患者的EF。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between blood glucose control, vascular lesions, neuropathy and executive function (EF) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 280 cases of T2DM patients were selected, and the behavior evaluation test (BADS) of EF deficiency syndrome (BADS) was used to measure the patients' EF index. Results the control of glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) and the regulation of the rules and movements were carried out. Plan, find the key, zoo route, total score related (P0.05); complications and zoo route, revised six elements, total score correlation (P0.05); large vascular lesions and rule conversion, action plan, zoo route, total score related; microvascular disease and zoo route, total score; neuropathy and rule conversion, zoo route, revised six elements, Total scores were correlated (all P0.05). Conclusion Hb A1c control and complications all affect EF. in T2DM patients.
