针刺配合立普妥治疗原发性高脂血症（脾虚食滞型）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的：旨在评价针刺配合立普妥治疗原发性高脂血症(脾虚食滞型)的临床疗效。方法：将60例原发性高脂血症(脾虚食滞型)患者随机分为针药组30例和西药组30例。西药组单纯采用立普妥20mg/片,1次20mg,日1次口服进行治疗,共治疗4周；针药组在西药组治疗的基础上,配合针刺,取穴：百会、中脘及双侧的足三里、三阴交、阴陵泉、丰隆穴,日1次,百会穴每10分钟捻转一次,捻转速度200转/分,每次留针30分钟,每周治疗6天。根据患者治疗前后血清中TG(甘油三酯)、TC(总胆固醇)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)的水平来进行分析,患者取血前1天晚餐禁止饮酒及进食高脂食物,空腹12 h以上取静脉血进行测定,分别于治疗前及治疗后各测1次；用积分法对患者治疗前后中医证候疗效进行判定和比较。结果：两组患者治疗后血清中TC、TG、DL-C水平均有显著改善,较治疗前差异显著(P0.05)。针药组30例,脱落2例,总有效率[96.4%(27/28)]明显高于西药组[90%(27/30)],(P0.05)。通过两组间中医症候积分比较：两组治疗前后各组内在中医症状积分均明显降低(P0.05),通过两组间治疗后中医症状积分比较,提示针药组在改善中医症状积分方面明显优于西药组,具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论：1、针刺配合立普妥治疗原发性高脂血症(脾虚食滞型)确切有疗效,优于单纯西药治疗组。2、针刺配合立普妥治疗原发性高脂血症(脾虚食滞型),在改善患者血脂水平以及中医症候积分上优于单纯西药组。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Lipitor on primary hyperlipidemia. Methods: 60 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n = 30) and western medicine group (n = 30). The western medicine group was treated with 20 mg of Lipitor 20mg/ tablet once a day, for a total of 4 weeks; the acupuncture group combined with acupuncture on the basis of treatment in the western medicine group took points: Baihui, Zhongwan and bilateral Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Yin Lingquan, Fenglong acupoint, once a day, Baihui point twirled once every 10 minutes, twisting speed 200 rpm, each time keep needle 30 minutes, treatment 6 days a week. The serum levels of TG (triglyceride), TC (total cholesterol), HDL-C (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) and LDL-C (low density lipoprotein cholesterol) were analyzed before and after treatment. The venous blood was measured before and after treatment for more than 12 hours, and the curative effect of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was evaluated and compared by integral method. Results: after treatment, the serum levels of TCU, TGG, DL-C in the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment (P0.05). The total effective rate [96.4% (27 / 28)] was significantly higher in the acupuncture group than in the western medicine group [90% (27 / 30)] (P0.05). Through the comparison of TCM symptom score between the two groups: before and after treatment, the internal TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P0.05). Through the comparison of TCM symptom scores after treatment between the two groups, it was suggested that the acupuncture and medicine group was obviously superior to the western medicine group in improving the TCM symptom integral. There was significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia (spleen deficiency and food stagnation) with acupuncture combined with Lipitor is effective. Acupuncture combined with Lipitor in treating primary hyperlipidemia (spleen deficiency and food stagnation) was superior to the western medicine group in improving the level of blood lipid and the score of TCM symptom.
