糖尿病肾病国内外临床指南和专家共识解读

【摘要】：规范糖尿病肾脏病的评估及处理对延缓糖尿病肾脏病的进展、改善患者生存质量具有重要意义。2007年和2012年美国肾脏病基金会(NKF)所属"肾脏病预后质量倡议"(KDOQI)工作组、2012年国际肾脏病组织"肾脏病:改善全球预后"(KDIGO)、美国糖尿病学会(ADA)以及2014年中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)和内分泌病学分会(CSE)先后就糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病(CKD)及DKD的诊断和治疗制定了相关的临床指南和专家共识。文章就相关诊断及处理要点做一解读。
[Abstract]:Standardizing the evaluation and management of diabetic kidney disease can delay the progress of diabetic kidney disease. Improving the quality of life of patients is important. In 2007 and 2012, the Kidney Disease prognosis quality Initiative (KDOQI) working Group of the American Nephrology Foundation (NKF), International Nephrology Organization, Kidney Disease: improving the Global prognosis (KDIGO), Diabetes in the United States The Association of Diabetes (ADA) and the Society of Diabetes (CDS) and Endocrinology (CSE) of the Chinese Medical Association in 2014 have developed clinical guidelines and expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and DKD respectively. This article makes an interpretation of the relevant diagnosis and treatment.
