江西省未成年艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人生存状况研究

【摘要】：目的:了解江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量及社会支持的情况,分析其生存质量和社会支持的可能影响因素,同时分析江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量和社会支持之间的相互关系,为制定相关政策、有针对性地开展健康宣教和干预项目提供事实依据。方法:本研究为横断面调查,将江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者列为研究对象,运用流行病学现场调查方法来收集资料。采用自编问卷收集可能影响生存质量和社会支持现状的人口学信息。用中文版WHOQOL-HIV BREF量表和肖水源编制的社会支持评定量表对江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量和社会支持现状进行调查。利用Epidate3.0创建数据库并进行数据的录入,运用统计软件SPSS20.0进行数据分析。用t检验、方差分析、多元线性回归模型等对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:对江西省77名未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者开展调查,生存质量总分为(76.45±11.27)分,六个领域得分从高到低依次为:独立性领域(13.76±2.47)分、生理领域(13.56±2.44)分、心理领域(12.94±2.05)分、环境领域(12.20±2.00)分、精神支柱/宗教/个人信仰领域(12.03±3.71)分和社会关系领域(11.96±1.90)分。社会支持总分为(27.71±5.95)分,主观支持(14.12±3.99)分、客观支持(6.82±1.82)分和对支持的利用度(6.78±2.15)分。家庭人均收入是生存质量总分和对支持利用度得分的影响因素(P0.05)。主观支持得分、对支持利用度得分、社会支持情况总得分与生存质量各维度的得分均呈正相关(P0.05)。结论:江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量得分和社会支持得分较低,为他们提供良好的社会支持对生存质量的提高有积极意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life (QOL) and social support of adolescent HIV / AIDS patients in Jiangxi Province, and to analyze the possible influencing factors of their quality of life and social support. At the same time, the relationship between the quality of life and social support of adolescent HIV / AIDS patients in Jiangxi Province was analyzed to provide a factual basis for making relevant policies and carrying out health education and intervention projects. Methods: a cross-sectional investigation was carried out in Jiangxi Province, in which adolescent HIV / AIDS patients were selected as subjects, and the data were collected by epidemiological field investigation. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect demographic information that might affect the quality of life and the status of social support. The quality of life (QOL) and social support status of adolescent HIV / AIDS patients in Jiangxi Province were investigated by using the Chinese version of the WHOQOL-HIV BREF scale and the social support rating scale developed by Xiao Shui. Epidate3.0 is used to create database and input data, and statistical software SPSS20.0 is used for data analysis. T test, ANOVA and multivariate linear regression model were used to analyze the results. Results: the total quality of life (QOL) was 76.45 卤11.27 in 77 adolescent patients with HIV in Jiangxi province. The scores in six fields were (13.76 卤2.47) in independence, (13.56 卤2.44) in physiology, (12.94 卤2.05) in psychological, (12.20 卤2.00) in environment, and (13.76 卤2.47) in physical, psychological and environmental fields respectively, and the scores in six fields were: (13.76 卤2.47), (13.56 卤2.44), (12.94 卤2.05) and (12.20 卤2.00), respectively. The scores of spiritual pillar / religion / individual belief field (12.03 卤3.71) and social relationship field (11.96 卤1.90) were (12.03 卤3.71) and (11.96 卤1.90), respectively. The total score of social support was (27.71 卤5.95), subjective support (14.12 卤3.99), objective support (6.82 卤1.82) and utilization of support (6.78 卤2.15). Family per capita income was the influencing factor of total quality of life score and support utilization score (P0.05). The score of subjective support, the score of support utilization, the total score of social support and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were positively correlated (P0.05). Conclusion: the scores of quality of life and social support of adolescent patients with HIV in Jiangxi Province are low. It is of positive significance to improve the quality of life by providing them with good social support.
