自我管理干预对社区中老年糖尿病患者健康素养的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨自我管理干预对社区中老年糖尿病患者健康素养的影响。方法延吉市8个社区中老年糖尿病患者160例随机分为干预组和对照组各80例。干预组实施3个月的自我管理,对照组维持常规社区卫生服务。结果干预后,干预组患者健康素养水平有不同程度的改善,12 w电话随访后的健康素养水平比6 w低,但均高于干预前且阅读能力和理解能力差异显著(P0.05);干预组血脂指标在干预前后无变化(P0.05),空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)在干预前后有变化(P0.05)。结论自我管理干预能够提高中老年糖尿病患者健康素养水平,但应是长期的、持续的。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of self-management intervention on health literacy of elderly diabetes patients in community. Methods 160 elderly diabetes patients in 8 communities of Yanji city were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80). The intervention group administered self-management for 3 months, while the control group maintained routine community health services. Results after the intervention, the health literacy level of the patients in the intervention group was improved in varying degrees after 12 weeks of telephone follow-up, and the health literacy level of the patients in the intervention group was lower than that of the patients at 6 weeks. But they were higher than those before intervention and the difference of reading ability and comprehension ability was significant (P0.05); the blood lipid index of intervention group had no change before and after intervention (P0.05), fasting blood glucose (FPG) and Hb A1c were changed before and after intervention (P0.05). Conclusion self-management intervention can improve the health literacy of middle-aged and aged diabetic patients, but it should be long-term and continuous.
