锌硒茶对高脂高糖饮食致大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用

【摘要】:目的:探讨锌硒茶对高脂高糖大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用。方法:实验分为普通饲料组(C)、高脂高糖组(CH)、高脂高糖+绿茶组(CHT)和高脂高糖+锌硒茶组(ZTH)4组。7周后灌胃茶水,监测空腹血糖,18周后检测空腹血糖和血脂指标。结果:(1)12周ZTH组空腹血糖45、60、120 min比CHT组低(P0.01)。(2)灌胃6、11周,血糖CHT组CH组ZTH组C组。与CHT组比较,11周ZTH组比CHT组低(P0.05)。(3)胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平ZTH组低于CH组(P0.05)。结论:锌硒茶可调节高脂高糖饮食大鼠的血糖、血脂、胆固醇,效果优于绿茶。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of zinc selenium tea on hyperlipidemia and hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods: the experiment was divided into common diet group, (C), group, high fat and high sugar group, (CH), group, high fat and high sugar group, (CHT) group, high fat and high sugar zinc selenium tea group, (ZTH) group 4, after 7 weeks, the fasting blood glucose and blood lipid index were measured after 18 weeks. Results: (1) fasting blood glucose of ZTH group was lower than that of CHT group (P0.01). (2) for 6 to 11 weeks, and fasting blood glucose of 12 weeks ZTH group was lower than that of CHT group (P0.01). (2). Blood glucose CHT group, CH group, ZTH group C group. Compared with CHT group, the levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in ZTH group were lower than those in CHT group at 11 weeks (P0.05). The level of HDL-C and LDL-C in ZTH group was lower than that in CH group (P0.05). Conclusion: zinc selenium tea is superior to green tea in regulating blood glucose, blood lipid and cholesterol in high fat and high sugar diet rats.
