人体静态平衡能力的评测方法研究

【摘要】:老年人随着年龄的增长肌肉骨骼机能逐渐衰退,维持平衡能力日渐降低,逐步丧失日常的自理生活能力,而站立行走的平衡能力是人们独立生活的先决条件,因此平衡能力评测的准确性和客观性尤为重要。目前,临床上对人体平衡能力评测的方法中大多数还集中在平衡量表法。此方法依赖医师的经验,有很强的主观因素,对人体平衡能力的评测准确性还存在一定的不足。本研究主要针对平衡能力评测方法中的不足做了如下工作:第一,本文阐述了人体静态平衡能力评测系统。本文利用力检测平台装置采集人体重心运动轨迹,采用以QNX为核心的实时操作系统和工业级的PC/104控制器来构建评测系统,对被测者分别要求睁眼和闭眼两种状态进行重心数据采集。第二,本文应用功率谱密度理论原理,将横轴频率划分为三段,分别是(0.02~0.2Hz)、(0.2~2Hz)、(2~10Hz),分别研究每段频率上老年组和青年组分布情况,计算功率谱百分比构成,最后综合分析老年组和青年组的平衡能力。第三,本文将人体静态平衡和混沌理论相结合,研究人体静态平衡机能稳定性,分析视觉,性别,及年龄对平衡稳定性的影响。本研究过程中,采集了一定量的青年组和老年组的实验数据,并对他们的实验数据提取主要特征,分别从时域和频域两方面分析和比较他们的异同点。根据实验结果分析得到老年组和青年组在不同的方法中所表现出的平衡能力差异。
[Abstract]:As the elderly age, their musculoskeletal function declines, their ability to maintain balance decreases, and they gradually lose their ability to live on their own, and the ability to stand and walk is a prerequisite for people to live independently. Therefore, it is very important to balance the accuracy and objectivity of ability evaluation. At present, most of the methods of evaluating the balance ability of human body are focused on the balance scale. This method relies on the doctor's experience, has very strong subjective factor, and has certain deficiency to the human body balance ability appraisal accuracy. The main contents of this study are as follows: first, this paper describes the static balance ability evaluation system of human body. This paper uses the force detection platform device to collect the human body center of gravity motion track, using QNX as the core of the real-time operating system and industrial PC/104 controller to build the evaluation system. The subjects were asked to open their eyes and close their eyes to collect the barycenter data. Secondly, based on the theory of power spectral density, the transverse axis frequency is divided into three sections (0.02~0.2Hz), (0.2~2Hz), (2~10Hz). The distribution of the old and young groups on each frequency segment is studied, and the percentage of power spectrum is calculated. Finally, the balance ability of the aged group and the young group was analyzed. Thirdly, this paper combines the theory of human body static balance with chaos theory to study the stability of human body static balancing machine, and to analyze the influence of vision, sex and age on the balance stability. In the course of this study, a certain amount of experimental data were collected from the young group and the old group, and their main characteristics were extracted, and their similarities and differences were analyzed and compared from the time domain and the frequency domain respectively. According to the analysis of the experimental results, the difference of the balance ability between the aged group and the young group in different methods was obtained.
