系统性红斑狼疮患者FAS和FASLG mRNA的表达及其与临床特征的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者FAS和FAS配体基因(FAS ligand,FASLG)m RNA的表达情况,及其与系统性红斑狼疮临床特征的关系。方法选取2015年1月-2015年12月于吉林大学第一医院风湿免疫科诊断为系统性红斑狼疮患者47例作为系统性红斑狼疮组,健康者47例作为对照组,系统性红斑狼疮组又分为活动性系统性红斑狼疮组和非活动性系统性红斑狼疮组。观察各组FAS和FASLG m RNA的表达,以及FAS和FASLG m RNA的表达与系统性红斑狼疮患者临床特点的关系。结果系统性红斑狼疮组FAS m RNA相对表达量高于对照组(P0.05),活动期系统性红斑狼疮组FAS m RNA相对表达量高于非活动期系统性红斑狼疮组(P0.05)。FASLG m RNA相对表达量在各组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。系统性红斑狼疮有发热和无发热者FAS m RNA表达差异有统计学意义(P0.05);有面部红斑和无面部红斑者FAS和FASLG m RNA表达差异有统计学意义(P0.05);有皮疹和无皮疹者FASLG m RNA表达差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血单核细胞中FAS m RNA水平升高,且与疾病活动期有关,系统性红斑狼疮患者的部分临床特点与FAS和FASLG m RNA的表达有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of FAS and FAS ligand gene (FAS ligand,FASLG) m RNA) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its relationship with the clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods from January 2015 to December 2015, 47 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 47 healthy subjects (control group) were selected from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, first Hospital of Jilin University, as the group of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Systemic lupus erythematosus group was divided into active systemic lupus erythematosus group and inactive systemic lupus erythematosus group. The expression of FAS and FASLG m RNA, the expression of FAS and FASLG m RNA and the clinical characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus were observed. Results the relative expression of FAS m RNA in systemic lupus erythematosus group was higher than that in control group (P0.05). The relative expression of FAS m RNA in active systemic lupus erythematosus group was higher than that in inactive systemic lupus erythematosus group (P0.05). The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). There were significant differences in FAS m RNA expression between patients with and without fever in systemic lupus erythematosus (P0.05), FAS and FASLG m RNA expression in patients with and without facial erythema (P0.05), and FASLG m RNA expression in patients with and without skin rash (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the level of FAS m RNA in peripheral blood monocytes is increased in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and it is related to the active stage of disease. Some clinical features of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are related to the expression of FAS and FASLG m RNA.
