环境有机污染物与糖尿病关系的研究进展

【摘要】：糖尿病已经成为继心血管疾病、癌症之后的第三大疾病.尽管遗传和肥胖是糖尿病的主要致病因素,然而,近年的研究表明,环境有机污染物(如有机氯化合物、塑化剂等)在糖尿病发病过程中也可能扮演了重要的角色.一些流行病学研究和机理研究已经表明,环境有机污染物与糖尿病之间具有相关性.本文就若干典型环境有机污染物与糖尿病的流行病学及机理研究进行综合阐述,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考.
[Abstract]:Diabetes has become the third most common disease after cardiovascular disease and cancer. Although genetics and obesity are the main pathogenic factors of diabetes, recent studies have shown that environmental organic pollutants (such as organochlorine compounds, plasticizers, etc.) may also play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes. Some epidemiological and mechanism studies have shown that there is a correlation between environmental organic pollutants and diabetes mellitus. In this paper, the epidemiology and mechanism of some typical environmental organic pollutants and diabetes mellitus were reviewed in order to provide reference for the related research in the future.
