2型糖尿病人外周血TIM4蛋白水平增高且与IL-1β负相关

【摘要】:目的探讨2型糖尿病人(T2DM)中TIM4的蛋白表达水平及与炎性小体活化指标IL-1β的相关性。方法选取新诊断T2DM患者作为病例组,正常体检者为对照,利用流式细胞术检测病人外周血单核细胞上TIM4的蛋白表达水平,同时用ELISA检测血清中可溶性TIM4的水平,同时分析TIM4与IL-1β的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,T2DM病人血清中可溶性TIM4明显升高(P0.001),单核细胞上TIM4表达上调(P=0.01),TIM4与IL-1β亦呈负相关性趋势(P=0.003 6,r=-0.404 5);与T2DM病人治疗前相比,治疗后外周血单核细胞上TIM4表达下降(P=0.002)。结论 T2DM病人血液中TIM4蛋白水平增高,且与IL-1β呈负相关性,提示TIM4作为负性调控分子参与T2DM的疾病进程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of TIM4 protein in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its correlation with inflammatory corpuscular activation index (IL-1 尾). Methods the expression of TIM4 protein in peripheral blood monocytes and soluble TIM4 in serum were detected by flow cytometry in newly diagnosed T2DM patients and normal controls. The correlation between TIM4 and IL-1 尾 was also analyzed. Results compared with the normal control group, the serum soluble TIM4 in T2DM patients was significantly increased (P0.001), the expression of TIM4 in monocytes was up-regulated (P0. 01), and there was a negative correlation between TIM4 and IL-1 尾 (P0. 0036 r-0.404 5). The expression of TIM4 in peripheral blood monocytes was decreased after treatment compared with that in patients with T2DM (P0. 002). Conclusion the level of TIM4 protein in the blood of patients with T2DM is increased and negatively correlated with IL-1 尾, suggesting that TIM4 is a negative regulatory molecule involved in the disease progression of T2DM.
