2015年江苏省饮水型地方性氟中毒调查
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of fluorosis in endemic fluorosis areas of Jiangsu province. Methods in 2015, all the villages of 26 fluorosis counties in Xuzhou, Lianyungang, Suqian, Huai'an and Sheyang were selected to investigate the operation of water improvement project and to detect the water fluoride concentration. Dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12 years old was examined by Dean method. Results A total of 2 090 villages were investigated and 149 034 children aged 12 years old were examined. The detection rate of dental fluorosis was 28.33 and the dental fluorosis index was 0. 52. The detectable rate of dental fluorosis was Huai'an in Suqian, Lianyungang, Xuzhou, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (1 648.173) P 0.05). In Xuzhou, Lianyungang was marginal, Huai'an, Suqian and Yancheng were negative. From 1981 to 2000, the prevalence rate of fluorosis was lower than that of 2001-2015 (蠂 ~ 2606.953P 0.05). The detectable rate of dental fluorosis in the villages without changing water was 27.04 / 41.59 and 37.98, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (83.412) P 0.05). With the increase of fluoride concentration in water, the detection rate of dental fluorosis in children showed an increasing trend, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2) 894.696). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in boys and girls was 28.47% and 28.16, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (1.084) P 0.05). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in children of different ages was significantly different (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (161.356) P 0.05), and was the highest in the age of 9 (30.33%) and the lowest in the group of 12 (26.17%). Conclusion the condition of drinking water fluorosis in Jiangsu Province was controlled in 2015.
