原发性骨质疏松症血瘀与疼痛的关系研究

【摘要】：目的分析原发性骨质疏松症患者血瘀与骨质疏松性疼痛的关系。方法收集2014年6月至2015年10月广州中医药大学第一附属医院确诊为原发性骨质疏松症血瘀证患者99例,检测患者腰椎骨密度及血细胞参数(MCV、RDW-CV、MPV、PDW)水平,并对所有患者进行血瘀评分及疼痛评分。结果患者疼痛评分、血瘀评分随着年龄增高而呈不断升高的趋势,且疼痛评分与血瘀评分之间存在中度正相关(r=0.535,P0.01);与RDW-CV呈低度正相关(r=0.357,P0.01)。结论原发性骨质疏松症患者骨质疏松性疼痛与血瘀存在一定的相关性,血瘀越严重,疼痛程度也越严重,提示血瘀在骨质疏松性疼痛致病机制中起着重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between blood stasis and osteoporosis pain in patients with primary osteoporosis. Methods from June 2014 to October 2015, 99 patients with primary osteoporosis with blood stasis syndrome were collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine. Bone mineral density (BMD) and blood cell parameters (MCV,RDW-CV,MPV,PDW) of lumbar vertebrae were measured. All patients were evaluated with blood stasis score and pain score. Results the scores of pain and blood stasis increased with age, and there was a moderate positive correlation between the score of pain and the score of blood stasis (r = 0.535p 0.01). There was a low positive correlation with RDW-CV (r = 0.357, P 0.01). Conclusion Osteoporosis pain is related to blood stasis in patients with primary osteoporosis. The more serious the blood stasis, the more severe the pain, which suggests that blood stasis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis pain.
