糖尿病模型大鼠血糖浓度对结肠动力的影响

【摘要】:目的分析糖尿病(DM)大鼠不同血糖浓度对结肠动力的影响。方法对比10只非DM大鼠与20只DM低血糖组和12只DM高血糖组大鼠的结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩活动,同时对结肠推进率及结肠纵行肌收缩活动与血糖水平及脑利钠肽(BNP)水平的相关性进行分析。结果 DM高血糖组结肠推进率低于DM低血糖组(P0.05)和非DM组(P0.05),DM低血糖组又低于非DM组(P0.05),且结肠推进率与血糖浓度水平存在负相关(P0.05),DM高血糖组及低血糖组结肠纵行肌收缩活动振幅及频率低于非DM组(P0.05),但与血糖浓度水平无相关性(P0.05);BNP水平及血糖浓度与结肠推进率呈负相关性。结论随着DM大鼠血糖浓度的升高,结肠推进率下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of different blood glucose concentration on colon motility in diabetic (DM) rats. Methods the colonic propulsive rate and the contractile activity of longitudinal colonic muscle were compared among 10 non DM rats, 20 DM hypoglycemic rats and 12 DM hyperglycemic rats. At the same time, the relationship between the colon propulsive rate, the contraction of longitudinal colon muscle and the level of blood glucose and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) was analyzed. Results the colon propelling rate of DM hyperglycemia group was lower than that of DM hypoglycemia group (P0.05) and non-DM group (P0.05) (P0.05), and the colon propulsive rate was negatively correlated with blood glucose concentration (P0.05), while that of), DM hypoglycemia group (P0.05) was lower than that of non-DM group (P0.05). The amplitude and frequency of colon longitudinal muscle contraction in DM hyperglycemia group and hypoglycemia group were lower than those in non-DM group (P0.05), but there was no correlation with blood glucose level (P0.05). There was a negative correlation between BNP level and blood glucose concentration. Conclusion with the increase of blood glucose concentration in DM rats, the colon propulsive rate decreases.
