老年2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素与骨密度及骨代谢指标的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的分析老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清胰岛素(FINS)水平与骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢指标的相关性。方法选取老年T2DM患者(T2DM组)128例、同期健康体检者(对照组)50例,测定两组腰椎L2~L4、股骨颈、Ward's三角及大转子(Troch)BMD,比较两组骨质疏松(OP)发生率,并检测两组血清FINS、总Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(TPⅠNP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(CTX-β)水平,采用Pearson线性相关法分析各指标之间的关系。结果与对照组比较,T2DM组L2~L4、股骨颈、Ward's三角及Troch BMD均降低,OP发生率升高(P均0.05);与对照组比较,T2DM组血清FINS降低,TPⅠNP、CTX-β水平均升高(P均0.05)。相关性分析显示,各部位BMD均与血清FINS水平呈正相关,股骨颈、Ward's三角BMD与血清TPⅠNP、CTX-β水平呈负相关(P均0.05),且血清INS水平与TPⅠNP、CTX-β水平呈负相关(P均0.05)。结论老年T2DM患者血清FINS水平与BMD呈正相关,与血清TPⅠNP、CTX-β水平呈负相关。
