饮用水中硝酸盐暴露与甲状腺疾病关系研究进展

【摘要】：近年来,我国多地区饮用水受到不同程度的硝酸盐污染,且有研究表明多种甲状腺疾病与饮用水中高浓度硝酸盐暴露具有关联性。该文对饮用水中硝酸盐暴露与甲状腺肿、亚临床甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺癌等关系的相关研究进行了综述,并简要探讨了硝酸盐致甲状腺疾病的机制。旨在通过了解饮用水中硝酸盐暴露与甲状腺疾病关系,为甲状腺疾病的防控提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, drinking water in many areas in China has been polluted by nitrate to varying degrees, and some studies have shown that various thyroid diseases are associated with high nitrate exposure in drinking water. The relationship between nitrate exposure and goiter, subclinical hypothyroidism and thyroid carcinoma in drinking water was reviewed, and the mechanism of nitrate induced thyroid disease was briefly discussed. Through understanding the relationship between nitrate exposure and thyroid diseases in drinking water, a new idea for prevention and control of thyroid diseases is provided.
