冠心病合并代谢综合征与促酰化蛋白受体C5L2相关性分析

【摘要】:目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)合并代谢综合征(MS)患者与促酰化蛋白受体C5L2相关性。方法:选取门诊体检及住院受试者共240例,其中正常对照组68例,CHD组56例,MS组60例,CHD合并MS组56例。测量受试者人体学指标及血生化指标,并用反转录及实时荧光定量PCR方法检测C5L2 mRNA表达。组间计量资料(符合正态性及方差齐性检验)比较采用单因素方差分析,计数资料的比较采用χ2检验,因素间相关性分析采用Pearson线性相关分析和多元线性回归分析。结果:四组间C5L2mRNA表达水平未见统计学差异(F=0.22,P=0.88);按不同性别分别进行四组间的比较,也未见统计学差异(F男=0.26,P=0.86;F女=0.13,P=0.94)。在CHD合并MS组中,C5L2mRNA表达与腰围(WC)(P=0.02)、腰臀比(WHR)(P=0.03)及C反应蛋白(CRP)(P0.01)呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关(P=0.04),相关系数分别为0.45、0.43、0.47及-0.41;其它组间未发现这种相关性(P0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示CRP(P模型10.01,P模型20.01)、WC(P=0.03)及WHR(P=0.04)是CHD合并MS患者C5L2mRNA表达水平的相关因素。结论:CRP、WC及WHR是CHD合并MS患者C5L2mRNA表达水平的相关因素,在CHD合并MS疾病状态下,C5L2可能参于了疾病的炎症反应及脂肪代谢过程,特别是内脏脂肪代谢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between acylating protein receptor (C5L2) and (CHD) with metabolic syndrome (MS) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: a total of 240 outpatients were selected, including 68 normal control group, 56 CHD group, 60 MS group and 56 CHD combined with MS group. The human body index and blood biochemical index were measured, and the expression of C5L2 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. One-factor ANOVA was used to compare the measurement data (consistent with normality and homogeneity test of variance), 蠂 ~ 2 test was used to compare counting data, and Pearson linear correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation among factors. Results: there was no statistical difference in the expression of C5L2mRNA among the four groups (FG 0.22 P 0.88), and there was no statistical difference between the four groups according to sex (F male = 0.26 P 0.86 F = 0.13 P 0.94). In CHD combined with MS group, the expression of C5L2mRNA was positively correlated with the waist circumference (WC) (Pn0. 02), WHR (WHR) (P0. 03) and C-reactive protein (CRP) (P0. 01). There was a negative correlation between high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (P0. 04), and the correlation coefficients were 0. 45 and-0. 41, respectively. No such correlation was found among other groups (P0.05), and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that CRP (P model 10.01), WC (P0. 03 and WHR (P0. 04) were the related factors of C5L2mRNA expression in CHD patients with MS. Conclusion: CRP,WC and WHR are related factors of C5L2mRNA expression in patients with CHD and MS. C5L2 may be involved in inflammatory reaction and fat metabolism, especially visceral fat metabolism, in the condition of CHD with MS disease.
