老年哮喘患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及IgE水平变化及意义

【摘要】：目的观察老年哮喘患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Ig E水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择老年哮喘患者62例作为对照组,同期体检健康老年人60例作为对照组。检测两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和Ig E;比较急性发作期与缓解期、不同发作频率、不同严重程度哮喘患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Ig E水平;用Pearson相关分析外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Ig E水平与哮喘的关系。结果与对照组比较,观察组CD3~+细胞百分比、CD3~+CD4~+细胞百分比、CD4~+/CD8~+及Ig E水平升高,而CD3~+CD8~+细胞百分比降低(P均0.05);急性发作期、发作频率高、程度严重的哮喘患者外周血CD3~+细胞百分比、CD3~+CD4~+细胞百分比、CD4~+/CD8~+及Ig E水平高,CD3~+CD8~+细胞百分比低(P均0.05)。经Pearson相关分析结果显示,CD3~+细胞百分比与哮喘发作频率、严重程度均呈正相关(r分别为0.612、0.524,P0.05),CD3~+CD4~+细胞百分比与哮喘发作频率、严重程度均呈正相关(r分别为0.512、0.456,P0.05),CD3~+CD8~+细胞百分比与哮喘发作频率、严重程度均呈负相关(r分别为-0.562、-0.472,P0.05),CD4~+/CD8~+与哮喘发作频率、严重程度均呈正相关(r分别为0.489、0.494,P0.05)。外周血Ig E水平与哮喘发作频率、严重程度呈正相关(r分别为0.632、0.521,P0.05)。结论老年哮喘患者外周血中CD3~+细胞、CD3~+CD4~+细胞、CD4~+/CD8~+、Ig E水平升高,CD3~+CD8~+水平降低;以上指标水平变化与哮喘发病过程有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E levels in peripheral blood of aged asthmatic patients and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Sixty-two aged asthmatic patients were selected as control group and 60 healthy elderly patients as control group. The T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E were compared between acute attack stage and remission stage, different attack frequency and different severity of asthma. The relationship between T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E levels in peripheral blood and asthma was analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results compared with the control group, the percentage of CD3~ cells, the percentage of CD3~ CD4~ cells, the levels of CD4~ / CD8~ and Ig E increased, but the percentage of CD3~ CD8~ cells decreased in the observation group. The percentage of CD3~ cells, CD3~ CD4~ cells, CD4~ / CD8~ and Ig E levels in peripheral blood of asthmatic patients with high attack frequency and severe severity were higher than those in patients with acute attack (P < 0. 05). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the percentage of CD3~ cells was positively correlated with the frequency and severity of asthma attack (r = 0.612), and the percentage of CD3~ CD4~ cells was positively correlated with the frequency of asthma attack. There was a positive correlation between severity (r = 0.512), and a negative correlation between the percentage of CD3~ CD8~ cells and the frequency of asthma attack and the severity (r = -0.562U -0.472P 0.05), and a negative correlation between the percentage of CD3~ CD8~ cells and the frequency of asthma attack (r = -0.562- 0.472P, respectively). The ratio of CD4~ / CD8~ was positively correlated with the frequency and severity of asthma attack (r = 0.489 卤0.494 P 0.05). The level of Ig E in peripheral blood was positively correlated with the frequency and severity of asthma attack (r = 0.632 卤0.521 P 0.05). Conclusion the levels of CD3~ cells, CD3~ CD4~ cells and CD4~ / CD8~, Ig E in peripheral blood of aged asthmatic patients were increased and CD3~ CD8~ levels were decreased, which were related to the pathogenesis of asthma.
