薯蓣粥对2型糖尿病肠道内双歧杆菌及血糖影响研究

【摘要】:目的探讨薯蓣粥对2型糖尿病患者肠道内双歧杆菌及血糖的影响,从肠道菌群的角度为糖尿病的防治提供新的干预靶点。方法根据纳入和排除标准,纳入2015年4月至10月福建省立医院糖尿病健康教育俱乐部的2型糖尿病患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组各45例。对照组给予健康教育与门诊随访,试验组在此基础上每天早上服用薯蓣粥1次,连续干预12周。对两组患者干预前后肠道内双歧杆菌、血糖运用方案数据分析(per-protocol population,PP)和意向性分析(Intention to treat,ITT)法进行分析。结果组间PP和ITT比较分析显示:试验组肠道内青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌数量均高于对照组,试验组空腹血糖、早餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);ITT分析显示:试验组双歧杆菌总菌量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论本研究显示,薯蓣粥具有调节2型糖尿病患者肠道内双歧杆菌生长、降低空腹血糖和早餐后2 h血糖的作用,降糖作用和肠道内双歧杆菌的关系还有待进一步揭示。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Dioscorea zingiberensis on intestinal bifidobacterium and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to provide a new intervention target for the prevention and treatment of diabetes from the point of view of intestinal flora. Methods according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were included in the diabetes health education club of Fujian Provincial Hospital from April to October 2015. They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 45) and the control group (n = 45). The control group was given health education and outpatient follow-up. On this basis, the experimental group took dioscorea once every morning and intervened continuously for 12 weeks. Two groups of patients before and after intervention of intestinal bifidobacterium, blood glucose using program data analysis (per-protocol population,PP) and intentionality analysis of (Intention to treat,ITT were analyzed. Results the comparative analysis of PP and ITT showed that the number of bifidobacterium and Bifidobacterium infantile in the intestinal tract of the trial group was higher than that in the control group, and the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 hours after breakfast in the trial group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). ITT analysis showed that the total number of Bifidobacterium in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Dioscorea zingiberensis can regulate the growth of bifidobacterium in intestinal tract of patients with type 2 diabetes and decrease fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 hours after breakfast. The relationship between hypoglycemic effect and intestinal bifidobacterium should be further revealed.
