结合珠蛋白基因多态性与糖尿病血管并发症的研究进展

【摘要】:结合珠蛋白(Hp)又称血红素结合蛋白、触珠蛋白,是肝脏合成的一种急性时相反应蛋白。Hp可以与游离血红蛋白(Hb)结合形成Hp-Hb复合物,通过巨噬细胞清道夫受体CD163介导的内吞作用进行降解,从而阻断血红蛋白诱导的氧化损伤。人类Hp有Hp1-1、Hp2-1、Hp2-2共3种基因型。研究显示,不同Hp基因型对糖尿病患者血管并发症的影响不尽相同。本文就Hp基因多态性与糖尿病血管并发症的相关研究作一综述。
[Abstract]:Globin (Hp), also known as heme binding protein, is an acute phase reactive protein synthesized by the liver. Hp binds to free hemoglobin (Hb) to form Hp-Hb complex. The degradation of macrophage scavenger receptor CD163 mediated endocytosis was used to block the oxidative damage induced by hemoglobin. Human Hp has three genotypes of Hp1-1,Hp2-1,Hp2-2. Studies have shown that different Hp genotypes have different effects on vascular complications in diabetic patients. This article reviews the relationship between Hp gene polymorphism and diabetic vascular complications.
