血必净注射液对重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨血必净注射液(红花、丹参、赤芍等)对重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法选择2014年1月—2016年3月间我院急诊科收治的72例重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分为2组,对照组给予阿托品、氯磷定及常规治疗,观察组联用血必净注射液,比较2组血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平的动态变化以及临床疗效。结果 2组血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平在治疗前、3 d后、7 d后依次下降;观察组血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均明显低于对照组;观察组阿托品用量、胆碱酯酶活性恢复60%时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组,反跳发生率低于对照组;观察组急性呼吸窘迫综合征发生率明显低于对照组。以上差异都有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论血必净注射液治疗重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者时,可有效抑制炎症反应,减少并发症发生率,缩短病程,改善临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Xuebijing injection (safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Paeoniae rubra, etc.) on serum C-reactive protein (CRP), in patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning Effect of tumor necrosis factor-伪 (TNF- 伪) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels. Methods from January 2014 to March 2016, 72 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with atropine, chlorophosphoridine and routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection. The dynamic changes of serum CRP,TNF- 伪 and IL-6 levels and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of serum CRP,TNF- 伪 and IL-6 in the two groups decreased successively before treatment, 3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment, and the levels of serum CRP,TNF- 伪 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The dosage of atropine, the time of recovery of cholinesterase activity and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the incidence of rebound was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of acute respiratory distress syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The above differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the course of disease and improve the clinical efficacy when treating patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
