非布司他对慢性痛风性关节炎中NALP3炎性体的作用及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨非布司他治疗慢性痛风性关节炎及其对NALP3炎性体的影响。方法选取89例慢性痛风性关节炎患者和50例健康体检者,检测各组治疗前后NALP3炎性体mRNA及NALP3炎性体的蛋白表达水平。结果治疗组治疗前血尿酸、NALP3、ASC及Caspase-1 mRNA的表达较对照组高(P0.05)。苯溴马隆与别嘌醇组治疗前后NALP3炎性体无改变。非布司他组治疗后血尿酸、NALP3 mRNA(P=0.040)和Caspase-1 mRNA(P=0.023)的表达明显降低(P0.05),ASC mRNA的表达升高(P=0.043)。非布司他组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论 NALP3炎性体与慢性痛风性关节炎相关,非布司他可以更好的降尿酸并影响其功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of non-bustane on chronic gouty arthritis and NALP3 inflammation. Methods 89 patients with chronic gouty arthritis and 50 healthy controls were selected to detect the protein expression of mRNA and NALP3 in NALP3 inflammation body before and after treatment. Results the expression of serum uric acid, NALP3,ASC and Caspase-1 mRNA in the treatment group before treatment was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no change in the inflammatory body of NALP3 before and after treatment in the groups of benzimarone and allopurinol. The expression of serum uric acid, NALP3 mRNA (P < 0. 040) and Caspase-1 mRNA (P < 0. 023) were significantly decreased in non-bustane group after treatment (P < 0. 05). The expression of), ASC mRNA was increased (P < 0. 043). There was significant difference between before and after treatment in non-bustane group. Conclusion NALP3 is associated with chronic gouty arthritis, and non-bustane can reduce uric acid and affect its function.
