Nrf2-ARE信号通路在百草枯中毒中的研究进展

【摘要】:百草枯(PQ)中毒是一个世界性难题,中毒后的死亡率高达50%~80%,迄今为止尚无特效解毒药。研究发现氧化应激反应在PQ中毒中起非常重要的作用,而近年来Nrf2-ARE信号通路作为抗氧化研究领域的一个热点,该信号通路可启动多种抗氧化基因及下游Ⅱ相解毒酶的转录,减少活性氧(ROS)的产生,可进一步减轻PQ导致的脏器损伤,该信号通路在PQ中毒和治疗中的作用受到关注。本文作者将对Nrf2-ARE信号通路在PQ中毒中的研究进展作一综述。
[Abstract]:Paraquat (PQ) poisoning is a worldwide problem, the mortality rate after poisoning is as high as 50% / 80%, so far there is no specific antidote. It has been found that oxidative stress response plays an important role in PQ poisoning. In recent years, Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway, as a hot spot in the field of antioxidant research, can initiate transcription of many antioxidant genes and downstream phase II detoxifying enzymes. Reducing the production of reactive oxygen species (Ros) (ROS) can further reduce the organ damage caused by PQ. The role of this signaling pathway in PQ poisoning and therapy has been paid attention to. This paper reviews the research progress of Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway in PQ poisoning.
