【摘要】：正近年来恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年上升,在中国已成为人类健康的最大威胁。紫杉醇的抗肿瘤活性发现于20世纪70年代,临床应用已超过20年~([1])。广泛应用于食管癌、胃癌、肺癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌及宫颈癌等多种肿瘤~([2])。其主要作用机制是抑制微管解聚,从而阻断肿瘤细胞复制,最终发挥其抗肿瘤的作用~([3])。据统计,有高达16%的恶性肿瘤患者同时患有糖尿病。目前国内外对于合并糖尿病这一危险因
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of malignant tumors has increased year by year, and has become the greatest threat to human health in China. The antitumor activity of paclitaxel was found in 1970's, and it has been used in clinic for more than 20 years. It is widely used in many kinds of tumors, such as esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer. Its main mechanism is to inhibit microtubule depolymerization, thereby blocking the replication of tumor cells, and finally exert its anti-tumor action ~ ([3]).
