系统性红斑狼疮患者维生素D与T淋巴细胞亚群及α干扰素的相关性
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between vitamin D level and T lymphocyte subsets and interferon 伪 (IFN- 伪) levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods 80 cases of SLE (SLE group) were divided into remission stage (n = 40), active stage (n = 40) and healthy physical examination (n = 30) as healthy control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of 25 (OH) D and IFN-伪 in peripheral plasma, and flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the level of T lymphocytes subsets in peripheral blood. Results (1) the level of 25 (OH) D in peripheral blood of SLE group was significantly lower than that of healthy control group (P 0.05), and the level of 25 (OH) D of peripheral blood of active group was lower than that of remission group (P 0.05). (2) compared with the healthy control group, the peripheral blood T lymphocytes, Th lymphocytes and Th/Ts in the SLE group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group (P 0.05), and the patients in the active group were lower than those in the remission group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in Ts cell count between SLE group and healthy control group (P 0.05). (3) the level of IFN- 伪 in peripheral blood of SLE group was significantly higher than that of healthy control group (P 0.05), and that of active group was higher than that of remission group (P 0.05). (4) in SLE group, the count of T cells, Th cells and the levels of Th/Ts and IFN- 伪 in peripheral blood 25 (OH) D were correlated with the activity of the disease (P 0.05). (5) in SLE group, 25 (OH) D of peripheral blood was positively correlated with T cell, Th cell count and Th/Ts count ratio, but negatively correlated with IFN- 伪 level (P 0.05). Conclusion Vitamin D level is significantly correlated with T lymphocyte subsets and IFN- 伪 levels in patients with SLE. It is speculated that vitamin D may induce immune abnormalities by regulating the dynamic balance of T lymphocytes subsets and the level of IFN- 伪.
