高海拔对非糖尿病成人HbA1c的多因素分析

【摘要】:目的:通过研究青海不同海拔糖化血红蛋白数值并与平原地区进行比对,探讨在青海地区高海拔对糖化血红蛋白影响,为青海省糖化血红蛋白推广及使用提供依据。方法:分别选取菏泽(平均海拔50m)地区30人、西宁(平均海拔2260m)地区30人、德令哈(平均海拔3000m)27人,选取对象均为非糖尿病成人,测其空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、Hb A1c、红细胞、血红蛋白水平结果:对于Hb A1c、Hb水平,平原组(菏泽地区)、西宁组人群与德令哈组比较有显著性差异(P0.05),且呈现平原组、西宁组、德令哈组Hb A1c数值伴随HB递增的趋势;以Hb A1c为自变量,筛选出Hb、FPG可能对Hb A1c有影响。结论:在不同海拔高度,Hb、FPG可能是影响正常人群Hb A1c的血液水平的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the value of glycosylated hemoglobin at different altitude in Qinghai and compare it with that in plain area, and to explore the effect of high altitude on glycosylated hemoglobin in Qinghai area, so as to provide the basis for the popularization and use of glycosylated hemoglobin in Qinghai Province. Methods: 30 people in Heze (average altitude 50m), 30 in Xining (average altitude 2260m) and 27 in Delinha (average altitude 3000m) were selected. Fasting blood glucose, postmeal 2 h blood glucose and Hb A1c were measured. The results of erythrocyte and hemoglobin levels: for Hb A1c, HB level in plain group (Heze area), Xining group and Delingha group were significantly different (P 0.05), and showed plain group, Xining group, The Hb A1c value of Delingha group is accompanied by the increasing trend of HB. Using Hb A1c as independent variable, Hb,FPG may have an effect on Hb A1c. Conclusion: Hb,FPG may be the main reason affecting the blood level of Hb A1c in normal population at different altitude.
