石英毓麟汤辅助治疗PCOS的疗效及对患者血清瘦素水平的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察石英毓麟汤辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)的临床疗效及对血清瘦素(Leptin)水平的影响。方法:将海南省中医院2012年3月~2015年3月收治的94例PCOS患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例,两组均给予西医常规治疗(达英-35、氯米芬、尿促性素等),观察组加用石英毓麟汤辅助治疗3个月经周期,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血清LH、T、E_2水平改善优于对照组(P0.05),中医证候各项积分及总分显著低于对照组(P0.05),卵巢体积显著小于对照组(P0.05),子宫体积显著大于对照组(P0.05),血清瘦素水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),痊愈率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:石英毓麟汤辅助治疗PCOS对于改善患者的临床证候、降低瘦素水平、改善激素水平及提高治疗效果具有积极作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of quartz Yulin decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its effect on serum leptin (Leptin) level. Methods: 94 patients with PCOS treated in Hainan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 47) and control group (n = 47). Both groups were treated with routine western medicine treatment (Daying-35, clomiphene, urinary gonadotropin, etc.). The observation group was treated with quartz Yulin decoction for 3 menstrual cycles, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the improvement of serum LH,T,E_2 level in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores and total scores of TCM syndromes were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), the ovarian volume was significantly smaller than that in the control group (P 0.05), the uterine volume was significantly larger than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the serum leptin level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the auxiliary treatment of PCOS with quartz Yulin decoction has a positive effect on improving the clinical syndrome, reducing the level of leptin, improving the level of hormone and improving the therapeutic effect.
