2型糖尿病患者胃排空影响因素的研究

【摘要】：目的·探讨2型糖尿病患者胃排空速率的可能影响因素。方法·选取2013年9月-2014年3月上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院内分泌科收治的94例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,对胃排空速率指标半排空时间(T1/2)及食物在胃内2 h滞留率(R120min)进行检测。结果·与男性患者比较,女性患者T1/2较长(P=0.000),R120 min较高(P=0.000);胃排空正常组与延迟组之间的年龄、病程、体质量指数、血糖水平、糖尿病慢性并发症及胃肠道症状的差异无统计学意义,且阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者的胃排空速率无影响。结论·2型糖尿病患者的胃排空速率与性别有关,与血糖水平、糖尿病慢性并发症、胃肠道症状及是否使用阿卡波糖无明显相关。
