利拉鲁肽对体外成骨细胞增殖、分化、凋亡影响及其作用机制研究

糖尿病常常导致骨质疏松症的发生,并加速其进展。1型糖尿病(type1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)和2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)影响骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)与骨质量,并增加骨折风险。越来越多的证据表明T2DM与骨质疏松症可能具有共同的遗传倾向和病生理分子基础。由于两者之间的相关性,降糖药对骨代谢的影响引起越来越多的关注。胰高糖素样肽-1(Glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)受体激动剂(GLP-1 receptor agonists,GLP-1RAs)是一种新型且有潜力的2型糖尿病药物,目前研究认为,其在骨组织相关疾病中发挥重要作用。GLP-1由肠道L细胞受食物摄入刺激而合成并分泌,葡萄糖浓度依赖性的刺激胰岛β细胞释放胰岛素,抑制α细胞分泌胰高血糖素。除降糖作用外,GLP-1通过影响迷走神经传入纤维和下丘脑,延缓胃排空并抑制食欲,减轻体重。GLP-1通过GLP-1受体调控体内葡萄糖平衡。然而,天然GLP-1在循环中被二肽基肽酶IV(dipeptidyl peptidas...
