【摘要】：正1病例资料例1.男,33岁。左腹部红斑伴瘙痒10年,左下肢红斑伴瘙痒6年,于2014年7月22日到我科门诊就诊。患者10年前左腹部出现手掌大不规则淡红色斑片,自行外用"无极膏"等药物,无明显好转,红斑逐渐扩大,颜色变淡变暗,6年前左臀部及左大腿出现淡褐色斑片,逐渐增大,累及左小腿,皮损出现轻度萎缩。体格检查:系统检查无异常。皮肤科检查:左腰腹部及左下肢见甲盖至20
[Abstract]:The case data of 1 cases was 1. men, 33 years old.
