头皮多发性疣状角化不良瘤1例

【摘要】：患者男,30岁。头皮丘疹1年余。皮肤科情况:上头皮可见约十余个皮色丘疹,呈圆形或类圆形,大小约0.1cm~0.6cm不等。质地稍硬,表面略粗糙,中央见一脐形凹陷,内有淡黄色角质物质。皮损组织病理:镜下可见一扩张毛囊,表皮呈杯状凹陷,扩张毛囊内可见角质样物质,其下方可见圆体和谷粒,表皮棘层松解,局部形成假性绒毛。结合临床及病理检查诊断为多发性疣状角化不良瘤。
[Abstract]:The patient was 30 years old and had a scalp papules for more than one year. Dermatology showed that there were more than ten skin color papules on the upper scalp, which were round or round in size, ranging in size from 0.1 cm to 0.6 cm. The texture was slightly hard, the surface was slightly rough, and a navel depression was seen in the center. Histopathology of skin lesions: a dilated hair follicle was seen under the microscope, the epidermis was goblet like sag, keratinoid substance could be seen in the dilated hair follicle, round body and grain could be seen below it, and the epidermal spinous layer was loosened. Pseudo villi were formed locally. Multiple verrucous keratosis was diagnosed by clinical and pathological examination.
