308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风150例临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察308nm准分子激光治疗不同类型和分期的白癜风的临床疗效。方法对入选的150例白癜风患者的364处皮损进行局部照射,2次/周,12次为1个疗程,治疗结束后观察疗效和分析其影响因素。结果有效率为95.60%(348/364),显效率为65.66%(239/364)。Fitzpatrick皮肤分型、最小红斑量、病情分期对疗效无影响,其组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P均0.05)。≤14岁组患者的有效率97.83%,较14岁组(94.25%)的临床疗效好,局限型、散发型和节段型组间疗效比较的差异均无统计学意义(P均0.05),肢端型的疗效最差,外生殖器部位皮损的疗效最好,有效率为100%,依次是面颈部、躯干及四肢和皮肤皱褶部位,肢端部位皮损的疗效最差。患者耐受性均较好。结论 308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风起效快,不良反应少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of 308 nm excimer laser on different types and stages of vitiligo. After the treatment, we observed the curative effect and analyzed the influencing factors. Results the effective rate was 95.60,348 / 364g, and the effective rate was 65.660.364n.Fitzpatrick 's skin type, minimum erythema volume, stage of the disease had no effect on the curative effect.
